We’ve heard lots about the political divide in this country. About how we can’t seem to agree on what facts are true, what is accurate, who we can trust. But here’s the one thing that can unite us all.
Glitter should be outlawed. Right? On this we can all agree: Left and right. Red and blue. Black and white. Boomer and Zoomer. And so, in the name of unity, we introduce our very first photo prompt. Because if a picture is worth a thousand words, then surely this one can conjure 400-700 for you to submit.

It can be a personal essay, a poem, short story, script, or anything else original and fresh. Ironic or sincere, real or imagined—just make it worth our while and we’ll publish it, include it in our newsletter, and give you the chance to join the creative, talented staff writers here at The Prompt.
