Before getting into bed, I remove the clothes I wore that day (game changer).

Sleep—7 hours.

Melatonin, 20 mg.

Wake early (this also means not staying up till 3 am on a Tuesday…should be easy)


Exercise—weird how this works 100% of the time.



First cup of coffee is in a mug.

Leave early enough for work which mitigates wishing violence on others.

Limiting procrastination. Things I put off quietly pile up and make me a miserable bastard.

Keeping a planner.

Writing in that planner.



Once a day, check my “Creative Box”

(E)Limi(na)ting debt…it happens…but get rid of that shit.

(E)Limi(na)ting toxic people…they happen…but get rid of those shits.

Properly executing the verbal and written meanings of “Yes” and “No” (seems easy…)

While at work, do the work I’m paid to do.

Time with my Little Boo.
